Firmness probe for flat peaches
New firmness probe for flat peaches
Flat peaches do not allow Pimprenelle to automatically measure firmness.
To remedy this, SETOP have developed a new probe specifically for flat peaches.
It features 3 controlled-movement calibrated tips.
The combined control mechanism of the three tips allow applying the three tips simultaneously to the surface of the fruit, however irregular.
Pimprenelle can thus measure the firmness of flat peaches with no changes to the usual process.
This new probe will be available to the users of Pimprenelle in the spring of 2020.
