Measurement of the firmness of the flesh of melons
SETOP tested in the summer of 2019 a new feature for its TOPVII machine, at the request of clients who sell part of their melon production for industrial pro-cessing, namely the automatic precision measurement of the firmness of the flesh of half-melons.
The in situ test proved entirely satisfactory.
